Alexandria Police Department Seeks Public Assistance in Locating Endangered Juvenile

 *UPDATE (12/20/21 11:00 a.m.)* - She has been located, and no is safely reunited with her family.

ALEXANDRIA, VA. - The Alexandria Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing juvenile.

T’ylia Carter was last seen near her home around 8:15 p.m. Sunday, December 20, 2021, in the 800 block of West Glebe Road in Alexandria, Virginia.

Ms. Carter is described as a black female juvenile with black hair and brown eyes, approximately 5-foot-7, and weighs about 125 pounds. Ms. Carter was last seen wearing a pink sweater, black sweatpants, black UGGs with a pink bonnet hair cover and scarf.
