Alexandria Police Department Shares Weekend Street Closures for October 23-24

Alexandria, VA – The Alexandria Police Department will enforce street closures for two special events the weekend of October 23-24.

On Saturday and Sunday, the 100 block of N. Royal Street (between Cameron and King Streets) will be closed for the Armenian Festival.  The closure runs from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday and from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday.

On Sunday, October 24, Mount Vernon Avenue will be closed between E. Bellefonte Avenue and Hume Avenue for the Del Ray Halloween Parade.  The closure runs from 10:30 a.m. through 4:00 p.m.
