Alexandria Police Department Seeks Public's Help in Locating Missing Toddlers 

 For Immediate Release: September 14, 2021

UPDATE 9/17/21 :: Toddlers have been safely returned to custodial parent. 

Alexandria, VA. - The Alexandria Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating two young children. 

The children Mariah and Bailee Fostion, were last seen with their non-custodial parent John Gaddy III on August 29th, 2021. Gaddy III is known to frequent places in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Pennsylvania.
