Alexandria Police Department Investigates Armed Robbery and Assault On Seminary Road 

For Immediate Release: March 23, 2021

The Alexandria Police Department is investigating an armed robbery and felonious assault that occurred in the five-thousand block of Seminary Road.

At approximately 11:30 p.m. on March 19, 2021, officers responding to a report of a robbery at gunpoint, discovered three adult males had been tied up and robbed.  One victim’s vehicle was stolen from the scene.  One victim had been assaulted and suffered a non-life-threatening injury.

There is no indication there is any threat to the public.  The investigation is active and ongoing.  Anyone with information about this incident is urged to call the police non-emergency line at 703.746.4444.
