The Alexandria Police Department has made an arrest in a rape and abduction that occurred in the 200 block of S. Pickett Street on September 3, 2016.
Jesse Bjerke, 37, of Arlington, was arrested and charged with Rape, Abduction, Object Penetration, and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony on February 12, 2019. He is currently being held without bond.
