[Archived] Public Invited to Attend Ben Brenman & Armistead Boothe Parks Maintenance & Projects Discussion

The Department of Recreation, Parks & Cultural Activities will host a community meeting on Thursday, September 13 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Alexandria Police Department Community Room, 3600 Wheeler Ave., to discuss maintenance and project updates at Ben Brenman Park, 4800 Brenman Park Dr., and Armistead Boothe Park, 520 Cameron Station Blvd. in the City’s west end.

The meeting will be an opportunity for staff to:

  1. Provide updates on park maintenance;
  2. Discuss the Managed Meadow and Conservation Area;
  3. Receive input on the use of dedicated developer contributions for Armistead Boothe, Ben Brenman, and Cameron Station Linear Parks (DSUP20013-0003; and
  4. Provide updates on planned Capital Improvement Projects
