The next “Bagels and Bach” Concert is scheduled for Sunday, June 3 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Durant Arts Center, 1605 Cameron St. Enjoy classical music, your children will become aware and will learn how to appreciate classical music, and you will be treated to a light brunch. What better way to enjoy a Sunday morning?
The June 3 concert will showcase the Washington Metropolitan Philharmonic Wind Trio - Mary Padilla, oboe; Walter D. Wynn, III, bassoon; Lynn Ann Zimmerman-Bell, flute. The Woodwind Trio music feature Bach, Handel, Haydn and more. Learn about the instruments, see and hear different types of oboes and enjoy a demonstration of a collection of different flutes from around the world.
