[Archived] Symphony Orchestra of Northern Virginia Friday Evening Chamber Concert Series Kicks-off Friday, October 13

The Symphony Orchestra of Northern Virginia (SONOVA) in collaboration with the Office of the Arts will kick-off their Friday Evening Chamber Concert Series on Friday, October 13 beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Durant Arts Center,1605 Cameron St.  Treat yourself to some of the best chamber music the region has to offer, at an affordable price, in a convenient location.

The Concert programs are:

• October 13 - “Williamsburg Reprise!”  
  The Symphony Orchestra of Northern Virginia chamber ensemble will reprise their extremely successful concert from this summer's performance in Colonial Williamsburg.  The repertoire features several lesser known classical composers as well as a suite written specifically for this ensemble! 
  
• November 10 - “A Broadway Recital” featuring Alex Milletich IV, and Maestro Jeffrey Dokken
  Local baritone Alex Milletich IV will delight and entertain the audience with the raw power and sheer clarity of his beautiful voice, accompanied by Maestro Dokken at the piano.  The two might even sing a few duets together! 
  
• December 15 - “A Brass Christmas”
  The Brass Quintet will play all your holiday favorites in an exciting concert perfect for your entire family!
