[Archived] Angel Park Access Improvements to Begin Week of September 18

The Department of Recreation, Parks & Cultural Activities will begin installation of a new pervious asphalt walkway during the week of September 18 at Angel Park, 201 West Taylor Run Parkway. The new walkway will provide public with a new ADA compliant path connecting both public sidewalk and pedestrian bridge to existing playground, basketball court, and picnic shelter. Weather permitting, work is anticipated to be completed by October 13.

The park will be open during construction. Patrons should expect work throughout the day. For your safety, please be alert to construction activities and use extra caution when moving around the site.
