UPDATE: Police Charge Suspect in Fatal Stabbing

Immediate Release, September 15, 2017
The
Alexandria Police Department has charged the suspect in regards to the fatal
stabbing that occurred on Thursday, September 14, 2017, in the 900 block of N.
Henry Street.
Melvin
Williams, a 23-year-old City resident, was charged with First Degree Murder on
Friday, September 15, 2017. Williams is being held without bond.
