In-person absentee voting hours are Monday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with extended hours on Tuesday, June 6, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m
There are many reasons registered voters may qualify to vote absentee, for example, if they are:

A caregiver for a confined family member.
A “first responder” (firefighter, law enforcement, emergency medical technician, search and rescue).
ID Requirements for Absentee Voting
Virginia's photo ID requirements apply to absentee voters who cast their absentee ballot in person. They do not apply to absentee voters who request an absentee ballot by mail.
Voters who do not have acceptable ID may apply and receive for a temporary ID at the same time they come to cast their absentee ballot in person.
What’s on the Ballot?
In Alexandria, the June 13 Democratic and Republican primary election ballots will each include contests for Governor and Lt. Governor. All persons qualified to vote may request a ballot for either primary, however, they may not vote in both (Virginia Code 24.2-530).

On Tuesday, June 13, all regular polling places will be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. You may check your registration status and polling place location through the Virginia Department of Elections at https://vote.elections.virginia.gov.
