[Archived] Durant Arts Center to Host Symphony Orchestra of Northern Virginia Friday Evening Chamber Concert

The Symphony Orchestra of Northern Virginia in collaboration with the Office of the Arts invite you to attend a Friday Evening Chamber Concert on Friday, March 10 beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Durant Arts Center,1605 Cameron St.  Treat yourself to some of the best chamber music the region has to offer, at an affordable price, in a convenient location.

Led by Maestro Jeffrey Dokken, the Chamber Concert will feature the following composers:

• J.  Pachelbel Canon
  
• F.  Mendelssohn, Op. 12, Canzonetta
  
• R. Schumann, Traumerei aus 'Kinderscenen'; and
  
• J.S. Bach, Double Concerto for Two Violins in d minor, for String Quartet, arr. L. Latham.

All tickets $15, children 5 years and under are free.
