[Archived] City of Alexandria Seeks Nominations for Task Force on Parking Standards

The City of Alexandria is seeking nominations for persons to serve on the nine-member Parking Standards for New Development Projects Task Force. The Task Force was originally established in 2014 to work with City staff in reviewing existing parking standards and updating standards for new development projects.

The Task Force has been reconvened to provide input on Phase 2 of the Parking Standards for New Development Projects, which will evaluate commercial parking standards for retail, restaurant, office, hotel and child care uses.  
The City seeks to fill two vacant slots:

Members will be expected to attend approximately one meeting per month of regular Task Force meetings, as well as any other associated public meetings, work sessions or public hearings of the Planning Commission and City Council. 

Applicants should complete the online application form by Friday, December 30, 2016.
