WHO & WHAT:	Mr. Robert C. Dubé, fire chief, Alexandria Fire Department, will lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in honor of the interagency partnership between the Alexandria Fire Department, Joint Force Headquarters-National Capital Region and the U.S. Army Military District of Washington.
WHEN:	Monday, Sept.19, at 9:15 a.m.
WHERE:	Tomb of the Unknown Soldier Arlington National Cemetery, Virginia
