[Archived] Alexandria Fire Department to Participate in 9/11 First Responder Photo

WHEN:             August 27, 2016, at 9 a.m.

WHERE:           The Pentagon Memorial Site, 1 N. Rotary Road, Arlington, VA 22202

WHO:               Alexandria Fire Department

WHAT:             The Alexandria Fire Department will participate in an anniversary photo of current members and volunteers                           who were part of the Pentagon response and recovery effort following the September 11 attacks.

This year marks the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. In recognition of the event, the Pentagon will host an anniversary photo for the Alexandria Fire Department members who were part of the Pentagon response and recovery effort. Members of the Department will be dressed in their Class B uniform to participate in the anniversary photo. The Pentagon Memorial is an outdoor tribute to those in the Pentagon and on Flight 77 who died during the attacks. The media is invited to attend this event.
