Civil War Kids Drill Day, for kids ages 9-12.

At Fort Ward Museum & Historic Site, Saturday, July 9, 2016  from 9 am to noon.

• Learn the Manual of Arms & drill with a Civil War reenactor
• Learn about a soldiers' uniform & equipment
• Make a canteen in a fun hands-on craft activity

How to Register:

• Program Fee: $25 per child. Cost includes a Civil War kepi and snack. 
• Space is limited to 25 kids; fee due the day of program.
• Call Fort Museum to register: 703.746.4848.
• Program will be cancelled if it rains.
