[Archived] Police Investigate Pedestrian Crash on Seminary Road


Alexandria Police are investigating a pedestrian crash that occurred on Thursday, February 18, 2016, near the intersection of Seminary Road and Heritage Lane.

At approximately 10:30 p.m., police responded to the area for a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. Initial investigation shows a white vehicle traveling west on Seminary Road struck a passing pedestrian. The driver remained on the scene. The victim was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.  

Members of the Crash Reconstruction Team are investigating the incident. The investigation is ongoing. The victim, a 57 year-old white male, is in serious condition.
