[Archived] Alexandria Mentoring Partnership Presents “A Night of Firsts”

Learn how to help make a difference in a child's life. In recognition of National Mentoring Month, the Alexandria Mentoring Partnership is spreading awareness of the benefits of mentoring to the Alexandria community by presenting "A Night of Firsts" on Wednesday, January 20, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Beatley Central Library, 5005 Duke St.

The event will include stories told by adults and children about their mentoring experiences; prospective mentors will have the opportunity to speak with current mentors and program staff about the benefits of mentoring and the mentor commitment.
