The Alexandria Police Department has made an arrest in a robbery that occurred at the Burke and Herbert Bank located at 306 E. Monroe Avenue on January 4, 2016.
Ernest Moten, 58, of Alexandria, was arrested on January 14, 2016, and charged with Robbery and Manufacture, Possess or Use of a Hoax Explosive Device. He is being held without bond.
