The Alexandria Police Department is investigating an industrial accident in the 200 block of Gentry Avenue. On Monday, December 14, 2015, around 12:57 p.m., police responded to a report of a man who fell from a ladder while working. The victim, a 51-year-old man, was transported to the hospital and pronounced dead by medical staff.
