[Archived] MISSING: Eduardo David Chandias Almendarez

The Alexandria Police Department is asking for your assistance in locating Mr. Eduardo David Chandias Almendarez. He was last seen in the area of Four Mile Run Park during the evening hours on November 28, 2015. 

Mr. Chandias Almendarez is a 22-year-old Hispanic male, 5'4”, 120 lbs., with black hair and a long scar on the left side of his neck. Mr. Chandias Almendarez has previously been a victim of crime and may be endangered.
