The Alexandria Police Department is asking for your assistance in locating Mr. Charles Ross. He was last seen in the 100 block of N. Union Street around 10 a.m. on October 23, 2015.

Mr. Ross is a 56-year-old white male, 5'4”, 175 lbs., with gray hair and a full gray beard. He was last seen wearing a bright orange shirt and jeans. He is mentally ill and needs medication.
