[Archived] Police Investigate Shooting on Edison Street

The Alexandria Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred in the 3700 block of Edison Street on Tuesday, October 20, 2015. 

At approximately 8:56 p.m., officers responded to a report of shots heard in the area of Edison and Mark Streets. Upon arrival, officers located the victim, a 32 year-old male, suffering from an injury to an extremity. He was transported to a local hospital. The victim’s injury was identified as a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The investigation is ongoing.
