The Alexandria Police Department is asking for your assistance in locating Mr. Jose Samuel Portillo Martinez. He was last seen in the 5200 block of Duke Street around 10:30 a.m. on October 2, 2015.

Mr. Portillo Martinez is a 22-year-old white Hispanic male, 5'10”, 220 lbs., with black hair and a scar on his left hand. He was last seen wearing a red polo shirt, blue jeans, and blue Nike sneakers. He is mentally ill and when not on medication, Mr. Portillo Martinez becomes aggressive and is unable to recognize friends and family.
