[Archived] Construction Work Scheduled at Chinquapin Park

The City of Alexandria’s Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities is repaving the loop road at Chinquapin Park, 3210 King Street. The work includes repaving the existing asphalt surface complementing the concrete curb replacement work completed in 2014.

Work is scheduled to take place between March 30 and April 1. This type of work is temperature sensitive and may be rescheduled due to weather. Residents will see equipment in use and crews at work during the daytime and the loop road will be closed to traffic and parking. For your safety, please use extra caution when moving around the site.
