Acting City Manager Mark B. Jinks will present his proposed Fiscal Year 2016 budget to the community at a public meeting rescheduled for Wednesday, March 11, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the Charles E. Beatley, Jr. Central Library (5005 Duke St.). The meeting was postponed from March 5 due to snow. Following his presentation, Jinks will answer questions from in-person attendees and online viewers.
City Council will review the proposed budget and conduct a series of work sessions and public hearings culminating with adoption on May 7. Proposed budget documents and a detailed schedule of meetings are available at www.alexandriava.gov/Budget.
