The Alexandria Police Department arrested William S. Parker, Jr, 35, of Washington D.C., on January 30, 2015. Parker was charged with Burglary and Grand Larceny regarding a burglary that occurred on January 27, 2015.
Detectives are investigating his connection to similar crimes in the neighborhood dating from spring 2014. More charges may be pending as the investigation continues.
