[Archived] City of Alexandria Announces Acting Staff Appointments

Acting City Manager Mark B. Jinks has announced appointments to fill the roles of Deputy City Manager, Director of Code Administration, Director of Housing, and Director of Project Implementation, each on an acting basis.  The following information details each appointee’s experience and responsibilities.

• Helen S. McIlvaine Named Alexandria's Acting Director of Housing
