[Archived] Erosion Control and Landscaping Continue at Windmill Hill Park

The Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities is continuing erosion control and landscaping improvements at Windmill Hill Park, 501 S. Union St. during the week of December 15. New work will focus on the hillside behind the residence at Potomac Court and the hillside adjacent to the playground. This project is a multi-stage project and weather depending, will continue through early spring.

Residents will see crews at work during the daytime and staging of equipment including skid loaders, small excavators, dumpsters, and other equipment in the park. No impact for use of the park is anticipated.
