The Alexandria Police Department is conducting a death investigation in the 3200 block of Landover Street. Around 2:09 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22, 2014, officers responded to assist the Fire Department and medics with a person who may have fallen or jumped from a balcony. Upon arrival, they located the victim and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause and manner of death will be determined through an autopsy.
