The Alexandria Black History Museum will host a book sale, on Saturday, November 15, 2014, from 10:00 am -1:00 p.m.
The Museum is offering a special book sale of African American themed items. Duplicates, remainders and books that to do not meet the reading room’s mission will be for sale. ALL proceeds will go to the Alexandria Society for the Preservation of Black Heritage, for the purchase of new reference material and supplies for the Watson Reading Room.
The Alexandria Black History Museum is located at 902 Wythe Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22314, in the Parker-Gray Historic District. The Museum is five blocks from the Braddock Road Metro Station on the Yellow or Blue lines. Street parking is available.
