City Manager Rashad M. Young has announced the appointment of four City employees to key positions within City government:
- Laura B. Triggs, former Deputy Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, has been named a Deputy City Manager.
- Triggs will be succeeded by Kendel Taylor, who has been named Acting Director of Finance.
- Yon Lambert has been appointed Acting Director of Transportation and Environmental Services.
- Craig T. Fifer has been appointed Director of Communications and Public Information.
