[Archived] Police Arrest Juveniles in “Upskirting” Case

Alexandria Police have arrested three juveniles connected to an “upskirting” incident that occurred at T.C. Williams High School in May 2014. A 15-year-old male and a 17-year-old male were charged with Unlawful Photography of Another. An additional 17-year-old male was charged with Distribution of Obscene Material. All three juveniles were charged on Thursday, June 26, 2014, and released to their guardians.

These arrests follow the May 21 arrest of Elias Castellon Diaz, 18, of Alexandria, for a similar yet unrelated incident at T.C Williams High School.
