Alexandria Police have arrested Quran Ozae Middleton Bey, 19, of Alexandria, in connection to several vehicles stolen from the City of Alexandria, and various other crimes.
Bey was charged with two counts of Grand Larceny Auto, Felony Destruction of Property, and Conspiracy to Commit Grand Larceny. Bey also attempted to steal several other vehicles. However, he was unable to steal the vehicles and instead, stole items from within. These crimes were committed between March 2013 and January 2014. The investigation is on-going.
