[Archived] Alexandria Black History Museum’s Black History Month Sale

Black History Museum photo collageOn Saturday, February 15, 2014, from 10 a.m. -1 p.m., in observance of Black History Month, the Alexandria Black History Museum is sponsoring a special Black History Month Sale.  This event is free and open to the public.

The Museum is offering a special sale of African American themed items from its gift shop inventory. Offered for sale are decorative, educational, and collectible items. Selected items in the gift shop will be offered at a special 15% discount on that day only. This is an excellent opportunity to purchase gifts or items to expand your knowledge and appreciation of African and African American history.  Special vintage black history pictures and books will be part of the sale.

The sale will be held at the Alexandria Black History Museum, located at 902 Wythe Street, Alexandria, Virginia  22314. The Museum is located five blocks from the Braddock Road Metro Station on the Yellow and Blue Lines. Street parking is available. For more information, please call 703.746.4356.
