Alexandria Police’s Crash Reconstruction Team has completed its investigation of the fatal pedestrian accident on Key Drive. It has been determined that no charges will be filed in connection to this incident.

Alexandria Police Investigate Fatal Pedestrian Crash on Key Drive

Alexandria Police are investigating a pedestrian crash that occurred in the 1200 block of Key Drive on Sunday, November 10.

Preliminary investigation reveals that, at approximately 3:30 p.m., the victim and her husband were walking in the 1200 block when a car pulling out of a driveway struck the victim. She was transported by ground to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.

At approximately 7:40 p.m., Suzanne Kominski, a 92 year-old City resident, was pronounced dead.

The Crash Reconstruction team is conducting the investigation.
