[Archived] Alexandria Police Make Arrest in Burglaries

Alexandria Police have made an arrest in connection with numerous burglaries throughout Alexandria. 

Jeffrey Lowery, 39, Fairfax resident, was arrested during a burglary on October 23, in the 100 block of North Gladden Street. He was charged with Statutory Burglary, Grand Larceny, Possession of Burglarious Tools, Larceny with Intent to Distribute or Sell, Giving False Identification to Avoid Arrest.

At the time of his arrest, there were outstanding warrants for Mr. Lowery in connection with a burglary that occurred August 15 in the 600 block of Putnam Place and another burglary that occurred September 9, in the 700 block of Janney’s Lane. Further charges may be forthcoming.

Detectives would like to remind residents that they can remain anonymous.
