[Archived] Public Invited to Attend Hooffs Run Park Playground Renovation Open House

For Immediate Release: October 10, 2013 

The Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities invites the public to attend an Open House for the Hooffs Run Park Playground Renovation on Wednesday, October 30 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m at the playground site. In the event of inclement weather, the Open House will be cancelled. Hooffs Run Park Playground is located at 99 East Rosemont Ave.

Attendees will have an opportunity to learn about the upcoming playground renovation, review the revised playground plan and provide feedback to City staff. Water and refreshments will be available.

If you are unable to visit the playground at these times, the playground plan will be available online and will be posted at the park. This project is funded by the Capital Improvement Program for Park and Playground Renovations. The program replaces deteriorating play equipment and provides small-scale enhancements in playgrounds and parks throughout the City.
