[Archived] Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities Schedules Basketball Light Replacement at Ewald Park

The City of Alexandria’s Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities is replacing the existing basketball court lights at Ewald Park, 4452 Duke St. The replacement lights will include state-of-the art cut off technology and improve energy efficiency.

Work is scheduled to occur through February 22. Residents will see equipment in use and crews at work during the daytime, and the court lights will be inoperable for approximately ten days during construction. For your safety please use extra caution when moving around the site.
