[Archived] Alexandria Circuit Court Appoints David G. Speck to Fill Unexpired City Council Term

By order entered September 27, 2012, the Alexandria Circuit Court appointed David G. Speck to fill the unexpired term of former councilmember K. Rob Krupicka, through December 31, 2012.  Krupicka was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates on September 4, 2012.
