[Archived] Alexandria Police Investigate Bank Robbery at SunTrust Bank Located on King Street

Alexandria Police are investigating a bank robbery that occurred at the SunTrust Bank, located at 3610 King Street.  Around 12:30 P.M., a man entered the bank and demanded money.  The teller relinquished an undisclosed amount of cash and the suspect fled the area on foot.  No one was injured.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 45 years-old, 5’10” with a thin build.  The suspect was wearing a red hooded jacket, khaki pants, black boots and a dark-colored rain cap.
