[Archived] City of Alexandria Chinquapin Park Recreation Center to Open at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, September 14

Due to unexpected delays associated with annual maintenance operations, the Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities Chinquapin Park Recreation Center, located at 3210 King St., will reopen at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, September 14. The Department apologizes for any inconvenience resulting from the delayed opening.

On Tuesday, September 14, Chinquapin Pass holders may utilize the fitness rooms at the Charles Houston Recreation Center, 901 Wythe St. between 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., and the William Ramsay Recreation Center, 5650 Sanger Ave. between 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.  Please show your Chinquapin Pass for fitness room access. The center’s fitness room will reopen on Wednesday, September 15.
