[Archived] City of Alexandria’s Out of School Time Program Now Accepting Registration for 2010-2011 School Year

The Department of Recreation Parks and Cultural Activities is now accepting registrations for the 2010-2011 school year Out of School Time Programs. Program hours begin when school is dismissed until 6 p.m.  The theme for this school year is “Power-On to the Arts”

Out of School Time Programs include the Power–On Program for elementary students from 5 (registered in Kindergarten) to 12 years of age, and the Power-Up Program is for middle school students in grades 6, 7, and 8. The registration fee for participants is $50 for the full school year.  Financial assistance is available for eligible families.
