The Virginia Department of Transportation will hold a citizen information meeting to share the findings of the Mark Center Access Study with the public on Thursday, March 11, 6:30-9:30 p.m., at Minnie Howard School, 3801 West Braddock Road in Alexandria.
The purpose of the Mark Center Access Study is to enhance the transportation options at the I-395/Seminary Road interchange for an expected 7,000 new employees that will be employed at the center as a result of the Base Realignment and Closure Act (BRAC).
Area residents are invited to stop by and view displays to learn more about access alternatives, and transportation officials will be on hand to answer any questions.
