• Mailed absentee ballot applications must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27
• Absentee ballots must be received by 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3

The Alexandria Office of Voter Registration and Elections reminds voters who wish to vote absentee by mail that ballot applications must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27. These applications may be faxed to 703.838.6449. Applications may be downloaded from alexandriavoter.org.

Absentee ballots by mail must be received by the Voter Registration Office on or before Tuesday, November 3, at 7:00 p.m.

The deadline for in-person absentee voting is Saturday, October 31, at 5:00 p.m. The Office of Elections is open for in-person absentee voting from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, with extended hours from Monday through Wednesday, October 26 through October 28 (8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.).
