[Archived] New Alexandria City Council Installed

Alexandria Mayor William D. Euille, Vice Mayor Kerry Donley, and City Council members Frank H. Fannon IV, Alicia Hughes, Rob Krupicka, Redella S. “Del” Pepper, and Paul C. Smedberg, took the Oath of Office administered by Clerk of the Circuit Court Edward Semonian in a special ceremony at T. C. Williams High School.

On May 5, Alexandria voted, re-electing Mayor Euille and Council members Krupicka, Pepper, and Smedberg for the next three years. Three new Council members join them: Donley (who served as Council member and as Mayor from 1988 to 2003), Fannon, and Hughes.

The City Council’s first legislative session is scheduled for Tuesday, September 8, at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall, located at 301 King St.
