Monday, June 22 - Planning and Zoning Meeting on King Street Retail Strategy
A Joint City Council/Planning Commission work session will be held in the City Council work room, 301 King St., at 7 p.m.  The meeting will include a presentation by Bob Gibbs on King Street Retail Strategy.  For further information, contact Valerie Peterson at 703.746.3858.

Tuesday, June 23 - Workshop for Business Owners
A workshop on King Street Retail Strategy will be held from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in Room 2000, City Hall, 301 King St. Registration is required for this event. For further information, contact Valerie Peterson at 703.746.3858.

Wednesday, June 24 – Waterfront Walking Tour
The Waterfront Committee, in cooperation with the Office of Historic Alexandria, will lead a Waterfront Walking Tour from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. Interested individuals should meet at Windmill Hill Park.  For additional information, contact Veronica Davis at 703.746.3855.

Wednesday, June 24 – Lake Barcroft Dam Information Meeting
The City of Alexandria invites residents to attend a informational meeting regarding the Lake Barcroft Dam from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the William Ramsay Elementary School, 5700 Sanger Ave. This meeting will be an opportunity for residents along Holmes Run, Backlick Run, Cameron Run, and Hooffs Run to get more information about the results of two Dam Inundation Studies. Participants will discuss existing conditions, opportunities, and constraints as well as provide new ideas for the future of the Waterfront.  The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the T.C.
