Alexandria Police Make Arrest in Old Town Robbery

Alexandria Police Department detectives have arrested Junior Anthony Phillips, 32, of no fixed address, in connection with an incident that occurred in August 2008 and charged him with Robbery. 

On August 27, 2008, at approximately 10:30 P.M., the victim, a 24 year-old Fairfax woman, was walking in the 400 block of South Union Street.  The victim reports that an unknown suspect approached her and brandished a firearm.  The suspect removed cash from the victim and fled.  There were no injuries.
