Alexandria Police Investigate Suspicious Death at the Intersection of Princess Street and Buchanan Street

Alexandria police are investigating the suspicious death of a male whose body was found in his cab.

Today, at approximately 12:21 A.M., police found a cab driver unresponsive in his vehicle at the intersection of Princess Street and Buchanan Street.  Medics arrived and the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives are on the scene, canvassing the area in search of possible witnesses.

An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.  The victim’s identity is not being released at this time.
