Doctor Arrested for Sodomy; Police Seek More Victims

Alexandria police have arrested a physician for sexually assaulting one of his patients and detectives are concerned other patients may have been victimized.

Detectives arrested Antonio Ramada, M.D., on Wednesday, August 27, and charged him with Sodomy for sexually abusing a 32-year-old Manassas man.  The victim contacted police earlier this month and reported that Ramada has performed an act of sodomy on him during an appointment at the doctor’s office located at 6000 Stevenson Avenue.

Detectives are investigating whether Ramada assaulted other patients and are encouraging anyone with information to contact the Criminal Investigations Section of the Alexandria Police Department at 703.838.4711.
